BENCHMARK can help your group of people move from
being individuals to functioning as a team. BENCHMARK
designs unique experiences to help your team form a
cohesive group, which functions more productively and
communicates more honestly.
These shared experiences create a setting for people to
connect and deepen relationships. BENCHMARK gives
you the opportunity to be real. To invest your life with
others. To serve. To learn about yourself. Team building
can help you learn to offer your strengths and accept your
weaknesses for the benefit of the group.
Our goal is to help you become a more effective part of
what God is doing in the world. That might mean giving
up some attitude. It may mean learning honesty. Or
confession. Or forgiveness. It may mean that you step up
and speak the truth. To say ‘no’, when others are saying
‘yes’. Or to say ‘yes we can’, when others are saying ‘no
we can’t’.
Sometimes people get frustrated with team building activities.
BENCHMARK’s goal is not frustration. But we may
guide you into learning environments where you may
become more aware of your frustration. The learning and
growing come through how you and your group choose to
respond to any frustrations that come your way.
